Colyford Parish Council have written to EDDC Planning Policy Team, and have copied this to Seaton Town Council, detailing the concerns and comments it has regarding the recommendations being put forward for its new Local Plan specifically in relation to the Green Wedge between Seaton and Colyford.

Colyford Parish Council are especially concerned that if the redesignation takes place as recommended the proposed Green Wedge policy wording would be of increasingly little effect and further development would be encouraged on the Green Wedges that would remain.
